Goo Crew has a full schedule of weekly activities including outings to see community helpers and monthly parent talk topics using the book "Scream Free Parenting". Ask Kathy for a copy of the book, purchased through a grant from the Hardin Community Foundation.

 

The 2nd Annual Hardin County Bicycle Tour of Amish County will take place on May 17 starting at 8:00 a.m. More...

Hardin County Pond Clinic is scheduled for Thursday, June 12 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the home of Larry & Linda Phillips, 9080 TR 210, Kenton. Topics include: weed management, fish stocking, pond turnover, and fish kill. William Lynch, OSU Aquatic Ecosystems Specialist, will present the program and answer questions.

This will be an outdoor proram so bring your lawn chair and dress for the weather. For more information, contact Hardin Soil & Water Conservation District, 419-673-0456, Ext. 3.

 

 A Livestock Mortality Composting certification program will be held on Thursday, June 19 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in the Hardin Co. Extension  meeting room, Court-house basement. This will be in cooperation with Hardin SWCD. Dale Ricker and Howard Lyle will be helping conduct this program. Cost is $10 per person. Please register by June 13 by calling 419-674-2297.
