A Hardin County Pond Clinic is scheduled for Thursday, June 12 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the home of Larry & Linda Phillips, 9080 TR 210, Kenton. Topics include: weed management, fish stocking, pond turnover, and fish kill. William Lynch, OSU Aquatic Ecosystems Specialist, will present the program and answer questions. A Livestock Mortality Composting certification program will be held on Thursday, June 19 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in the Hardin Co. Extension meeting room, Court-house basement. This will be in cooperation with Hardin SWCD. Dale Ricker and Howard Lyle will be helping conduct this program. Cost is $10 per person. Please register by June 13 by calling 419-674-2297. |
